Whats up Flying Brick,

My names Sam I was over earlier today before you guys left for NC Rising.
Wish I could be there but I had commitments made long before I realized It
was the same weekend. Hope you guys have a good productive time.

Anyway, I just got done sending a bunch of emails to a lot of people. I am
new to Richmond which I think kind of gives me an advantage because I am
so optimistic that this group will work. I worked with with the radical
community in Baltimore before I moved to Richmond and the one thing that
really surprises me about RVA is there is definitely a much smaller
radical scene but way more radical people compared to Baltimore.

I have a lot of good ideas for the group that I will bring up during the
first meeting April 6th. After that the group is open to whoever would
like to be part of it. I would really like to see us working together in
the future. I also plan on working with Food Not Bombs and the rest of the
radical community in Richmond. We already have ideas for workshops during
May Day which we will also talk about during our first meeting.

Hope to talk to you soon,

-Sam Hilgartner, James River Earth First RVA
