[Flyingbrickvolunteers] next general meeting - important - please respond

Hey everyone, I believe this was last discussed at the March meeting:

Proposal
Divide the email list and contact previously interested folks by phone
(preferable) or email.
The proposal passed.
This will be an effort bottom lined by Hermelinda and Allison and
carried out by the group to try to re-engage with folks

Since Allison is gone, Hermelinda I assume you have the email list.
If you divide it and send the information on, I am down with helping
to contact people individually.  I feel this cannot and should not be
done for every meeting, event, set of open hours, etc (there can be a
thin line between informing and bugging) so perhaps at the meeting we
can discuss a schedule with which to check in with people, and at what
point of non-responsiveness we would assume they are no longer
interested.
