 Hi Christie.

I don't know you personally but I am a fan of the Flying Brick library and I
am hoping to have the time to volunteer for them sometime soon.

Braxton suggested contacting you with my question and I'm hoping you can
possibly provide me with some helpful information.

I am currently pursuing my Masters in Library Science and I have an
assignment for one of my courses that requires me to interview two people
from two different library and information centers. I am required to ask
each to identify an organizational change in programs or services, which was
initiated within an organizational unit. I am to retrieve brief information
from each person on the process involved in initiating, planning,
implementing, and evaluating the particular organizational change. This
change may be implemented within the last year or be in process of being
implemented at the present time.

I was thinking that it might be interesting to use the Flying Brick and one
of their organizational changes as an example. I don't necessarily need to
meet with the person in-person. I could possibly just e-mail a few questions
and have the person respond to me before Oct. 24 at their leisure.

Is there anyone that you can put me in contact with who may be appropriate
for this assignment? Or do you think that you yourself could possibly answer
a few questions for me?
