[FlyingBrickAnnouncements] Important! Volunteer Meeting Scheduling

Hey y'all, so we have been really behind on this. But I finally got my end
of the bargain together. Sorry for the delay. After calling people and
waiting for replies, and looking at all the info Salem and Malory gave me
for the people they called, and compiling all of that on a shitty little
graph, it seems the most available times for people in the next week are:

Sundays in the evening
Mondays in the evening
Wednesdays in the evening
and Fridays in the evening

So I was thinking that since this weekend was Halloween, we should try and
avoid the weekend. How would folks feel about having the meeting on
Wednesday, the 3rd, at 7pm?

Or would folks want to wait until the following weekend? I know that there
isn't much time between now and then, but I personally don't want to have a
meeting in the middle of the month. I hope I hear from y'all soon. Oh, and
just so people can have it in their heads, here is what I have so far for
the agenda:

- Defenders Ad - $25

- IWW Film and Infoshare - Nov 21st

- Slingshots - 20 big 10 buck each, 10 small 5 bucks each - get a person to
bottomline selling

- re-imbursement for books

- meeting to-do list

- procedure committee set up. doesn't need to be many people. 2 at least.

Any other suggestions?
