[FlyingBrickAnnouncements] Important! Volunteer Meeting Scheduling

I think it could be great to have a more well attended meeting; it would
hopefully allow for more planning and bottom-lining more events. That being
said, if folks would rather meet sooner, Wednesday still works for me.
