[FlyingBrickAnnouncements] Meeting time change next week?

Hey y'all, so I just realized the event next week will conflict with the
normal Thursday meeting. Normally this could be avoided, but these folks are
on tour. So are people cool with switching the time to 4? or 5? what works
better for everyone? Please respond! There are a couple important agenda
items!

Also, I guess we can start making an agenda on here:

- Iron Rail Infoshop call for help
- Southeast Library and Bookshop Network
- Update on Process
