[FlyingBrickAnnouncements] Free HIV testing at the Brick

Sounds like a great idea. Is there any kind of law/rule/procedural
requirements for where/how these tests can be conducted or does it have more
to do with the individual conducting them and their certification? I'd
assume that as long as your friend is trained/qualified that it wouldn't
matter.
