[FlyingBrickAnnouncements] book suggestions

Hey I just thought of a book suggestion to get for the library and
simultaneously thought that it may be helpful to have a "book suggestions"
topic under the discussions section of the Brick's FB page to use in
addition to, but not in place of, the paper version that's at the library.
Lemmie know if this is cool. I was actually going to post it now but then
thought I should ask other volunteers first.
