If I may suggest another way to go about it, maybe limit the printed
materials to a single page front and back (even 11x14 if 8.5 x 11 isn't big
enough) and put anything that goes into it on a blog as well. I think its
awesome to have physical copies at the space and its another great material
to leave around as outreach to the general community. maybe put out one or
two of those on a monthly basis. seems like a sustainable project as long as
people have stuff they want to put in it on a regular basis.
