[FlyingBrickAnnouncements] Zine Fest Movie Screening!

Hey Yall
At our Richmond Zine Fest meeting last night we discussed some of our
fundraising plans. We were wondering if the Flying Brick would be willing
to host a fundraising movie screening in the second half of June. We would
screen Grrrly Show (about wimmin zinesters) and possibly MArk's new Occupy
documentary (in the process of asking if he is interested). Either way we
are looking at roughly an hour or so of programming. We would want to ask
just a little bit like 2-3 dollar range.

Is this an event you would be willing to host?

Is there a date after June 15 you can confirm for us?

Also! If anyone is interested in helping organize the Zine Fest, we just
found out that one of our core organizers is moving out of Richmond this
summer, and we could definitely use some fresh faces. Our next meeting is
going to be on Tuesday May 8th at 5:30 pm at the GSEX building (I think
that is Crenshaw) at VCU. Feel free to email me off list, or if you are not
comfortable emailing me, you could also talk to Liz Canfield, Celina
Williams, or Becca Adams.
