[FlyingBrickAnnouncements] Anarchists from Spain Wanna Come To RVA

Peter wanted to come through on a book tour a few years ago. I had an email
dialogue with him about why we had decided not to host the event, as I
wanted to be as transparent as possible about the process.
A few people in the community were not into the idea of him being in the
space due to some stuff that happened in harrisonburg a while ago involving
some kind of abuse situation, I honestly don't remember if it was physical,
mental, or what. But I figured I should ask him about it since it made
people not want him here. I need to go back and see if i can find those old
emails.

Peter and I were supposed to meet up and talk about it when he got to town
but it ended up not happening for some reason.

I am a little confused about how to proceed with this. Regardless, I kind
of think only having a few weeks of planning time for this event might be a
problem, but I'm not gonna be able to help organize it so that's not really
my call I guess. I am also curious if Peter knows TFB was contacted, as he
probably remembers he wasn't welcomed here a few years ago. hmmm

I'm gonna pull up those emails now and try to refresh my memory.

update soon.....
