Hello there folks. Sorry I sent out a blank e-mail yesterday, but at least I am now on the list serve...
So in case I haven't met you I thought I'd send out a quick letter to introduce myself.

My family and I moved to Richmond in December from Seattle. I have been covering the Monday 9am-12pm shift and hope to continue with that shift in the fall.

I am not very active in any "scene" per sea but I am old (38) and have three kids (Ana, 8 Jannelle, 5 and Otis, 4). I am going back to school part time in the fall towards getting my Associates in Human Services and Substance Abuse Counseling. I have worked as a case manager for many non-profits over the last 12 years. Mostly with adults who are homeless navigating mental health issues and substance abuse. Currently I also volunteer at The Fan Free Clinic.

In Seattle I volunteered with  Books to Prisoners for three years. I meet my husband in New Orleans volunteering after Hurricane Katrina with Common Ground Health Clinic. I lived in the Bay Area for 6 years prior to that and grew up in various parts of Texas.
