[FlyingBrickAnnouncements] Brick stencil? Outside free book thing

Sounds rad :) the city might have a problem with leaving it by the tree, which I don't care one way or the other about, but there are some neighborhood do gooders who might complain. Just a thought. The brick stencil is probably in the box of screen printing stuff by the archives in the back.
