I like the idea of calling folks and touching base. I agree it shouldn't be for every meeting as well. Monday the 21st would probably work better for me, although Sunday isn't a bad day either.<br><br>Nathan<br><br>

If you divide it and send the information on, I am down with helping<br>
to contact people individually.  I feel this cannot and should not be<br>
done for every meeting, event, set of open hours, etc (there can be a<br>
thin line between informing and bugging) so perhaps at the meeting we<br>
can discuss a schedule with which to check in with people, and at what<br>
point of non-responsiveness we would assume they are no longer<br>
interested.<br>
