Send reminders about meetings through Facebook, Email listservs.
- Nathan gave a run down of consensus process and why we use it. Answered a couple questions.

Stickers!! (Nathan)

- Jakprints.com does 1,000 vinyl stickers for roughly $150. Same ones used by Food Not Bombs for a couple years, get A LOT of public placement.
Proposal was passed. Nathan and Jen will design and order stickers on the 6th.

Ramey's Re-Imbursement (Nathan)

- Ramey couldn't make the meeting, but is asking for re-imbursement of $85 for purchasing new books at the C-ville Anarchist Bookfair last month. Books were chosen by all volunteers present at the Bookfair, about 8 volunteers. Ramey used her own money, as we had no Brick money with us. Proposal was passed.

Shelving (Ellen)

- Ellen and Jeremy from the Wingnut will be working on shelving this week. Budget was set at a previous meeting to be $150. Re-organizing of books will be needed when shelves are complete.

Listserv (Nathan)

- When re-opening in 2009, Hermo and Alison had created an "Updates" listserv for people just interested in being updated on events and new books at the Library. Nathan setup and sent out an email and Facebook message telling people how to switch over if they desire. This should be a good way to keep inbox traffic low, and hopefully get more responses on the volunteer listserv, as it will be exclusively people interested in organizing with the Library.

- TO SIGN UP TO THE UPDATES LISTSERV, PLEASE VISIT https://lists.aktivix.org/mailman/listinfo/flyingbrickupdates. and follow the instructions.

Events Report Back

- Library Lock-in went really well, lots of people attended. There was A LOT of food, and people seemed like they wanted to see more of them happen. We watched Muppet Treasure Island, organized a few book sections, made some new labels for sections, and even had a fire in the backyard! There was some snuggling too, which is important.
- Flying Brick Bowling Team made about $25 at the Yard Sale, and about $40 at the Jane Documentary and Brunch to benefit the RRFP. Turn out was not as large as hoped, but the 10k and the VCU Rams Final Four game were all the same day, which probably disrupted a lot of people's plans.

Announcements

- Acoustic Show on the 9th at The Flying Brick Library to benefit the RRFP! Starts at 7pm, featuring Oso Negro (a volunteer!), Trouble!, and Alex and the Imaginary Friends! Door price is $3-$7

- DIY Gynecology Workshop is the next day starting at 1pm. The first half will be a lecture and discussion welcome to everyone, and the second half will be open to ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE A CERVIX TO LOOK AT. Come Learn about advocating for yourself at the Doctor's and get to know your body! Suggested donation $5-$10 for the 1st half, $7-$13 for the whole thing.
