Hey folks. So I'd love to book my friends band, Wood Spider at the flying brick on Jan. 22nd. You may remember Rye N Clover (banjo player from ithaca who spoke about fracking) Maxwell was the saw player with thosse folks.<br>
<br>Anyway, here is the official pitch. If there is no objection, It'd be awesome to have the show at tfb. <br><br><font><br><span style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline">Wood
Spider plays dark, manic-depressive folk punk with heavy influence from
ragtime and vaudeville. Between the five of us, we play guitar,
plectrum banjo, ukulele, cello, accordion, glockenspiel, singing saw,
washboard, and also stomp and hoot and holler a lot. Maybe you’d like
us if you like Blackbird Raum, Mischief Brew or Tom Waits. </span><br><a href="http://woodspider.bandcamp.com/" target="_blank"><span style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(0,0,153);background-color:transparent;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:underline;vertical-align:baseline">http://woodspider.bandcamp.com</span></a><span style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline"></span><br>
