<div>I was really bummed and horrified to read the remarks made by Lierre Keith, they go beyond mere ignorance or lack of exposure to the topic - they're unapologetically hateful. I agree that of DGR came to the Brick, it should be with a willingness to discuss the intersection of gender oppression and environmental work. Although Keith's views don't necessarily speak for DGR, I think the fact that they make that distinction should equate to a willingness to have that conversation. </div>
<div><br></div><div>Xander's last email began with the statement "Patriarchy is killing the planet." Would it be inappropriate to let DGR's own words speak for them? I think it might be helpful for other groups in other cities who are considering having DGR to be able to find/see what he wrote and see the breakdown in communication on their side, especially if someone is just internet searching and doesn't know much about them.</div>

</div></div><br>wooo this is rad. few wording things though to make the message a little more concise: I would say the phrasing for "a month or so ago" is a little clunky, i'd suggest "about a month ago". also, "dismayed and dissapointed" are kindof similar words doing the same thing for the sentence, maybe it only needs one of them?<br>
