[Freeschooldenver] Hearing from those who lived before us

So we have a amazing opertunity to hear history streight from the mouths
of those who lived in it - seniors at Lincion Medows Senior Living. A
organizer at the living center will set up a time for younger folk (under
50 or so:)) to come and hear stories from those living there about
whatever topic we want. We just have to choice a topic and show up! If you
have a topic related to the lives of those living between early 1900's and
now (such as WWI, home living back in the day...) e-mail it to Free School
so we can pass it on to the director at the home.
Further more, Lincon Medows Senior Living has asked us (Free School
Denver) if we could offer some classes for the seniors. If you have a
class in mind that you think would be cool to do with seniors e-mail it to
us so we can get you in tuch with the Living center and get it all set up.
This is a way to give back to those who have gone before us and to get to
learn from them and enjoy them in the process!(I will pass on a list of
desired classes from the seniors as soon as I get it).
