Hi -- Alex thomson here from Channel 4 News. We are keen to hear from
anybody who has suffered undue/bizarre/unusual attentions from the police
in the run-up to the G8 summit in July.

In particular, there are rumours all over the place of people having
computers seized in raids and the continued use of Section 44 of the
Terrorism Act with its stop-and-search-without-any-reason powers. We have
on video the former Met Commissioner telling the pubolic that this law was
never designed or intended for use in public order situations.

So it's interesting to see various Scottish forces already saying they are
considering its use in July and before.

If you think you've anything that might warrant investigation as we
proceed towards Gleneagles - I'd be very keen to hear.
