If you want to unsubscribe, send a blank email to democratise_the_esf-unsubscribe@lists.riseup.net.

If you want to switch to digest mode, login using your list account. Click 'Your Subscriptions' at the top, then the name of this list, then 'My Options, then select 'digest' from the 'reception mode' pull down menu. 
Finally click 'update'.
