Hi Russel, If you could link to the stuff you got, i could see what freq it sets at. I know alot of 'hobby' resins - form labs, makerware, muve stuff sets at about 420.

I will bring some stuff over Thursday, can chat about the stuffwe use here, and have a go.

Thanks

Nat

Hi Nat

The stuff Russell got, and I'll leave it to him to post a link, is daylight curable. If you've got a small amount of your stuff, 250ml in a dark container, that would be great, would love to give it a try. It seems most 1080p DLP projectors provide a fair amount of UV, but I've no idea if mine outputs a frequency of 600. It does output around 2000 ANSI Lumen, but there isn't much specifics on the specification - http://benq.co.uk/product/projector/w1070/specifications

Does that help?

Ian

Message for 'Ginga' Ian, I tried to send you a email to your email account regarding the resin you use for your DLP printers and what wavelength the resin cures at.
I may have some stuff available for you to play with but its specific on its curing frequency of 600.

It is out of date, but is working for large surface sections (ie not support fingers interfacing the part to the support) could be usefull for testing.

What material do you use and what frequency (i use the term frequency loosly, but its the UV frequency) does your product use?

Im looking at getting some for our perfactory machines and giving it a go.

Thanks

Nat
