Can you advertise our Digimakers events to your members please- Much
appreciated!

We are happy for people to come along with out children if they are
interested in learning more about the Raspberry Pi or technology in
general. Alternatively if they would like to take part by lending a hand in
a workshop or showing an exciting project then please get in touch

Digimakers An introduction to making in the digital world

A series of free workshops for children (aged 7-17) who want to learn about
computing and electronics. An introduction to 'making' in the digital word.
>From programming software to hacking hardware, we want to show you more
ways to have fun with technology. The day consists of a series of
hands-on-workshops aimed at a range of skill levels, from beginners to
advanced In the past workshops have used Raspberry Pi, Arduino, E-Textiles,
Lego Mindstorms Game making App building, programming in Python, Scratch
and Ruby on Rails.

These events are an on-going collaboration between the British Chartered
Institute for Computing (BCS), the University of Bristol and At-Bristol
