Hi all,

When we met in Leeds, somebody mentioned something called the "Italian
R-plan" for redundant distributed systems, also known as the "1000
server plan" (if I'm reading my notes correctly)

Scroogling for these terms, I don't think I've found what I was
looking for. Does anyone have a reference for further reading on this?
