Hi All,

I've been doing some updates to the Wiki over the last few days, padding
it out, tidying up and generally making it neater:

http://hacktivista.net/hacktionlab/index.php/HacktionLab_2009/01

First action for you, review the workshops bit and add to it, change
stuff, make suggestions.

I've created a separate page for logistics, that's kit, crew, roles and
stuff like that, it's here:

http://hacktivista.net/hacktionlab/index.php/HacktionLab_2009/01_logistics

Please have a look at that and make additions or put your name down
against something you fancy having a go at. I've put down a few names
next to different things of those who have said they're up for it or who
did it last year, but don't be scared to join in.

It's a hack lab, so we make it what it becomes, and we're all welcome to
get involved and make of it what we want.

So let's let the ideas fly ....

/me ducks

Mike.
