I like it

"Forward crew arrive in the morning to set up mess tent and other core
infrastructure. Anyone who wishes should be encouraged to be involved in
this, as the set-up forms part of the skills sharing."

Plus if you arrive Weds eve - you get to sample the local ciders in the pub
with us - perhaps even persuade us to put up mess tent at midnight after
cider - again !!
