Hi there,

Numbers, numbers, it's kind of important.  Here's where we're at:

- - There's 72 subscribers to the mailing list.

- - There's 14 of us who've completed the Doodle at
http://doodle.com/tq2zgqt7h887n2qm

- - A rough count of people that I know are coming, I estimate another 18
of you on top of the 14 on the Doodle.  That's 32.

Now at the moment food provision is going to be for between 30 and 40
people.

So, you probably can see the issue here: that if you don't fill in the
Doodle or email the list or me very soon to say that you are indeed
going to be there, we're not going to have enough food to feed everyone,
meaning that you might have to walk to the shop down at the bottom of
the village to buy a sarnie, get some pub grub or drive or hitch to
Monthmouth to go to a bigger shop.

So, can everyone who is coming please, please, either complete the
Doodle, or email the list, or me directly.  We need to know the meals
that you'll be there for; from Thursday evening meal to Sunday lunch.

We need to place the food order this week, and pick it up next Wednesday
the 10th.  So can you make sure you do this BEFORE, Wednesday morning -
the 3rd June.
