The content is on booki for editing  
http://www.booki.cc/tech-tools-for-activists/ . It needs some going  
over and new introduction writing.

I have no idea if this will be ready for Hacktionlab, though the  
content really should be. I don't think there will be any time to do  
it there, given how packed the schedule is.
