I think people should only be able to book a place by making a firm
commitment of some sort. That could be by working in advance or paying
in advance, but people need to do something other than just say they're
coming in order to book a place.

Consider that this year's event is going to by a high quality production
and that if bookings can be made at no cost, we will get fully booked
very quickly, and not all of those who book will come.
