Can we just take a tv and an aerial...ordinary like? The place is up 
a big hill so there must be almost-line-of-sight with some kind of 
transmitter - perhaps through a few trees...

If we find a secluded space for the TV addicts they can indulge their 
secret vices while others use the internet access for purposes of a 
loftier kind.
