[HacktionLab] URGENT: Spring HacktionLab: Can we change the dates to 10th/11th??

Wow, great, it seems like that was a good move!  phew!

I think most of us that were coming have either done the decider,
responded by email or I've spoken to you on the phone, and it appears
that the 10th/11th is actually a better date.

I've contacted OARC and the dates are available.

So, I've therefore taken the liberty of moving the dates officially on
the web site.

I hope this is okay with everyone.
