[HacktionLab] Reply to to person, rather than list

Nice discussion

I used to prefer reply munging.

I read the link Carl supplied[2]  .Like Simon Hill[1] I considered
reply munging was easier and useful for encouraging list discussion.
But after reading the supplied link[2] I can now see that reply
munging is a bad thing.
