[HacktionLab] link to sign up form?

Hi there,

I was just looking for the sign up thing for hacktionlab and went to the
wiki: http://hacktivista.net/hacktionlab/index.php/Welcome_to_HacktionLab

Shouldn't there be a big link at the top? I couldn't find one.

I would put it in, except I can't find it right now and have to rush
off. So here's an email, because tonight I won't remember to do that.
