[HacktionLab] link to sign up form?

Hi Mara,

I've added a link to the registration site to the menu on the left,
hopefully whatever page anyone lands on, they should be able to find
that link.  Also, http://hacktivista.net redirects to the Barncamp page,
so it should be pretty unlikely that people don't get to it eventually I
hope.
