[HacktionLab] Book amend: donate!

Hi All,

Graham and I think that it would be good to add details of how to donate
money to HacktionLab to the book, if the reader found it useful.

We propose we just give the sort code and account number of the
HacktionLab bank account.

Does anyone have any good reason why we shouldn't do this?
