[HacktionLab] Book in order?

Thanks Mike.

Can I confirm the ideal format is an A5 pdf, one page per printable
page so to speak?  That's what I thought it was anyway.

Like you say, any imposition stuff normally happens after that and
should be easily done from the PDF I think.
