[HacktionLab] Printable book

Well, ouch!  After much mucking about with formatting, I got roughly
what I wanted.  I forgot what a pain in the arse this sort of thing
can be.

Anyway, I think I have the latest amends, reasonably nicely formatted,
in an editable odt format and exported as PDF.

The images are in as grey scale and the hyper links are removed.  32
pages (I had to fiddle with the margins to fit it in - either that or
make the font smaller? )  Page numbers not as nice as Ana's version
but they're there and I eventually got the alternate left / right
thing to work.
