Hi Gdm/All,

After speaking to BG earlier, I took the independent, non-democratic
decision to do the final version, which are up online at the previous
locations.

I've sent this version to the printers for printing and also put it on
the wiki under a slightly different name for people to download

I've also updated the homepage of the site to provide a link to the book.

I hope this is alright with everyone.  It means at least we have a line
under the version 1, it's out, we can have copies to distribute in
Bradford and we can reflect on it and get feedback in.
