Hey all

The 1in12 club is now booked for the weekend of the 20-21st November
2010 for the Autumn Hacktionlab.

Crash space will be available at the club library as last year, and in
houses in Bradford if needs be.

The basic outline of workshops is up on the wiki, I was thinking that
the sunday could be more "barcamp" style workshops, with the saturday a
little more focused.

We need to make sure at least a third of attendees are members of the
1in12 (so they can sign 2 guests in each for the evening), so I need to
work on a cunning way of signing up to say that people are going to
attend. This is also important in terms of planning food etc for the
weekend.

On the saturday night will be a gig on the gig floor, which will also be
a party for an ageing canines 30th. There will be bands on and cheap
beer aplenty.

I'm going to be away on a tour for the next 2 weeks, but expect a flurry
of activity shortly after that. In the meantime, If people want to have
a think about what they would like the event to be, and discuss on this
list, we can start promoting it around the radical tech circles we are
involved with.
