Just a concept at the moment, one to watch..

Summary
SPARKD allows citizen journalists in privacy-critical and
bandwidth-challenged environments to anonymously distribute streaming
video to large audiences. Using P2P protocols such as BitTorrent and
Swift, delivered via the 'flit' Firefox extension & suite of
Javascript tools (to be created in the work described here),
distribution is offloaded onto the audience itself. Indexing is also
decentralised, leading to a robust, hard-to-censor system.
Attention-sourcing tools bring audiences to a video and allow them to
distribute it through the social graph via thematic hashtags, allowing
sequencing via theme and live, social response.
