[HacktionLab] Anonymous signup form for activist events: hacktionlab form? / network 23?

Hi I said I would have a look into creating an event signup form for  
this

It would be nice if participants could just use a pseudonym and be  
free from ip logging

Did anyone document how you did this?

Or would network 23 consider installing one of the event signup forms  
available for wordpress?
