Could be anything from 1 person with a workshop ready to go, to the  
whole of the barcamp setup. Somewhere in between those two. That's why  
I'm asking how much time people have available to set this up.

It certainly looks like we're too late for anything more that small  
this year, but we could manage to get along to represent and some  
events. I think cherry picking some of the workshops from the 2010-11  
barncamps and offering them up would be great idea. As you say, we  
need more documentation on them. I'll have a look at what's  
appropriate. The ones that look good to me are all of those from 2010  
and about half from 2011. I'll make up a list then try to get people  
to fill out which are the practical ones.
