[HacktionLab] channel & server, wasRe: IRC meeting for booklet crew - let's do this

I am a relative IRC newbie and might require a bit of hand-holding. If  
everyone could keep an eye open for panicked emails from me at 8pm  
saying "I JUST PRESSED A BUTTON AND BROKE THE WHOLE WORLD????"
