[HacktionLab] Booklets, and more booklets

Another idea for ammendments would be to make the hacktionlab email list 
more visible on the front or back cover so that how to get in contact 
with us is a bit more obvious.

Well done to everyone who sorted the stall at rmc out, it had a steady 
of stream of interested people who came with various types of query but 
generally seemed to think that making the type of content in the tech 
tools booklet more visible within activism is a really important task... 
Roll on the hacktionlab tour ;)
