+1 on the booklet ammends from me.  three not at all important suggestions:

Front cover:

* how about putting the £1 donation thing into a cheesy star-shaped
thing?  and perhaps put "£1 donation, where sold" ?
* perhaps in the edition bit, put 'version 1.1'?

Back cover: perhaps a link to how to download this version of the
booklet, which is at http://hacktivista.net/book?
