I kept quiet when it was being discussed as I thought it was an
interesting idea, but personally, I don't think it should be used as a way
of getting away from a solution that it understandable to all.

If we can have a super-geek button that translates things into geeky stuff
that is hard for normals to understand then I htink that would be good 
for comic effect and also to show that we have tried really hard to make
our main site understandable for everyone.

I would worry that asking users to select their level and having to choose
'basic' would make us seem a bit patronising even if that isn't what we
are trying to achieve.
