I've also had some offlist replies with people that are up for it - and
there is also the Open rights group who are getting active in doing
campaigning workshops.

I think that I would also be up for doing a bit of Training for
Trainers. I think I've realised some of the things that make tech
workshops go well or badly and I'd be up for spending some time to
prepare a session to try to share what I've learned (often from mistakes!)

Don't forget that we have a page on workshops that we would be up for
delivering on the wiki.

I think that it is also a good tactic to work with existing trainers in
our networks and teach them more about the tech.
This is a very simplistic way of looking at it but in some ways it's
easier for a trainer to pick up tech skills than a tech to pick up
training skills.

It seems such a vital battleground at the moment that it would be great
if we could input some of our knowledge into the mix.

Does anyone know anyone organising the gathering?
nice one
Mick
