[HacktionLab] PuSH enabling RSS feeds

Does anybody know of an easy to implement PuSH implementation ?

obviously there are 3rd parties doing this ... feedburner etc..

and there is some code here https://code.google.com/p/pubsubhubbub/
but it only runs on google app engine.


Wordpress rss feeds are PuSH enabled, but it'd be nice for say
network23 to be able to PuSH enable their feeds without using 
a 3rd party.
