It looks like Owncloud is a lot easier to install. Is that true?

I would be up for using something like this is someone else set it up or
could help me. But it seems like a lot of effort to do just for your
self no?

With these set ups presumably it is easy to allow other people / groups
to set up accounts on the same install?
