[HacktionLab] BarnCamp discussion @ MSG

Hi All,

I'm going to go to the Movement Support Gathering in a few weeks and
there we'll be promoting BarnCamp, HacktionLab and Tech Tools for
Activism.  I propose we have a bit of a short sit-down session on
BarnCamp 2013 organisation, for those of us that can make it, and those
of us who show interest there.
