Here is some of a conversation I've been having with BenG offline. I
think it would be fine to 'fork' the project with a version on HL wiki,
but also one on FLOSS Manuals.

I'd want to get some cash from HL funds to do some printing and I'm
flexible about how much.

Ok so let's fork and see how it goes.

So for info here's what we have so far in the booki version of Book Type
(which has more advanced publishing options)

content is here
http://booki.cc/tech-tools-for-activism-update/_edit/

and here's a sample output at A5
http://objavi.booki.cc/books/techtoolsforactivismupdate-en-2012.09.05-14.44.40.pdf

The plan is to do the inside pages via this automatic A5 output and to
do the cover in GIMP or Scribus or similar to give more control over the
graphics.

The first challenge is to cut down the content as there is about 38
pages of quite dense content there and only space for 32 pages including
the cover!

I guess it would be great if people have a look and feedback either on
the list or in the Notes Tab of the booki.cc book. I'll get back soon
with a printing quote and a date for printing so we can work out deadlines.

Thanks
Mick
